What Accident Book Costs
Accident Book has one simple price: £9.99 per site per month. Every feature is included, and there is no charge per user.
What is included
- A QR code and printable poster for every site
- Unlimited incident and near miss reports
- As many team members as you need, as admins or site managers
- RIDDOR assessments, the RIDDOR queue and RIDDOR alerts
- Email alerts for new incidents
- CSV and PDF exports, including the RIDDOR inspector pack
The 7-day free trial
- Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial.
- You start the trial through our payment provider, Stripe, and enter your card details at that point.
- You are not charged during the trial. When it ends, your subscription continues and your card is charged.
- To stop before you are charged, cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage Billing before the trial ends.
How many sites to pay for
You pay for each site you set up. When you subscribe, choose from 1 to 50 sites.
Adding a site later: when you reach your limit, use Add Site Slot on the Sites page. Your subscription goes up by one site, and Stripe adjusts your next invoice for the part of the month that is left.
More than 50 sites: contact us about volume pricing.
Paying for fewer sites: contact us to change the number of sites on your subscription.
Paying, invoices and cancelling
- Payments are taken monthly by card through Stripe.
- Admins can update payment details, see billing history, download invoices and cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage Billing.
- There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time.
What happens if your subscription ends
Your records are not deleted. You will need an active subscription to open the dashboard and view or manage incidents. Your QR codes keep working, so any reports made after your subscription ends are still saved and will be there when you resubscribe.
