Managing the RIDDOR Queue
The RIDDOR Queue shows all incidents that require or may require HSE reporting.
Accessing the Queue
- Click RIDDOR in the main navigation
- You'll see incidents grouped by status
Queue Categories
- Pending Assessment - Need RIDDOR assessment
- Due Soon - Approaching reporting deadline
- Overdue - Past deadline, urgent attention needed
- Reported - Already filed with HSE
Managing the Queue
For each incident you can:
- Run or review the RIDDOR assessment
- Mark as reported (with HSE reference)
- Mark as not RIDDOR-reportable (with rationale)
- View the full incident details
