Adding Photos and Evidence to Incident Reports

Photos provide valuable evidence and context for incident investigations.

When to Add Photos

Consider adding photos of:

• The location where the incident occurred
• Any hazards or unsafe conditions
• Damaged equipment
• Injuries (with consent)
• Relevant signage or safety equipment

Adding Photos via QR Form

1. Scroll to the Photos section
2. Tap Add Photo
3. Choose to take a new photo or select from gallery
4. Add multiple photos if needed

Adding Photos from Dashboard

1. Open the incident
2. Click the Photos tab or section
3. Drag and drop or click to upload

Photo Guidelines

• Ensure photos are clear and well-lit
• Include context (wider shots)
• Respect privacy - blur faces if needed
• Maximum file size: 10MB per photo
