How QR Codes Work

When someone scans your site's QR code:

1. They're taken to a mobile-friendly incident report form
2. The site is automatically identified
3. They fill in the incident details
4. The report is submitted to your Accident Book
5. Your team receives a notification

Finding Your QR Code

1. Go to Sites
2. Click on the site you want
3. Click Download QR Poster

Best Practices

• Place QR posters in visible, high-traffic areas
• Include them in first aid stations
• Add them to notice boards
• Consider laminating for durability
