Assigning Site Managers to Specific Sites

Site managers can be limited to viewing only incidents from their assigned sites.

How Site Assignment Works

• Admins can see all sites and incidents
• Managers only see their assigned sites
• A manager can be assigned to multiple sites
• Sites can have multiple managers

Assigning Sites When Inviting

1. When inviting a new Manager
2. Check the boxes next to sites they should access
3. They'll only see incidents from those sites

Changing Site Assignments

1. Go to Users
2. Click on the user to edit
3. Update their site assignments
4. Click Save
